This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, secure luggage storage, and a cozy lounge bar. During my first visit, the staff helped me with an early check-in. I highly recommend trying their outstanding breakfast! I'm coming back for a weekend.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The staff was excellent, the breakfast buffet was comprehensive with a great variety. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes from the train station for an easy trip into the city!
Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity plagued my stay, making it tough to stay connected. Also, the beds felt a bit used, causing discomfort during the night.

Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice beer garden to unwind in the evening. Staff were attentive and friendly, offering good dinner recommendations (can't beat the nearby bakery for breakfast).
The hallway could be cooler. it felt a bit warm during our stay.

Checked into Sauerlacher Post recently, and the room was clean and spacious, but we got a bit of a surprise on the bed situation. We booked for a double bed with two single beds for the kids, but ended up with a double bed made of two single mattresses pushed together and a pull-out sofa. Not the best fit for a family of four. a little cramped. Cleaning services were also lacking. After our first night, no one came by to tidy up or check if we needed anything, which was disappointing. I found the duvet too small for my height and the pillows weren't great quality either. On the positive side, the hotel is in a nice area, providing easy access to places outside Munich. Also, the cancellation policy is a big bonus. If there were any issues, we could cancel without a penalty. Would recommend if you want to be close to Munich without staying in the city itself, but I hope they can address the housekeeping and bedding issues.

The double rooms are spacious with clean linens and fresh decor, making for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Breakfast provides an extensive buffet with a solid variety of meats, cheeses, and baked goods, fueling up for a day exploring nearby Munich.
The absence of air conditioning in rooms can make warm nights uncomfortable, especially in the summer. Some guests noted noise from heavy traffic and restaurant patrons, which can disrupt sleep, particularly for light sleepers. Wi-Fi connectivity isn’t always reliable, making it a hassle to stay connected when needed.

Spacious and clean quadruple room with a lovely atmosphere, and nice attention to detail like the sweets on the beds. The breakfast was generously varied, featuring fresh offerings, though the noise from the street made it a challenge to get a good sleep at times.

Great value for a quick stop!
We stayed for a night and the rooms were spacious and clean! Price was super fair. No fancy breakfast here, but there's a nice snack bar nearby. Just a bit noisy from the street, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Staff were nice and quick at check-in. Perfect for a ski trip stopover!
